Add-on connection timed out. (when trying to start add-on)

Add-on connection timed out. (when trying to start add-on) : I have tried many times to start add on bease but without success. All machines including servers and workstations are equipped like that, but when connecting with beas application, I can still log in. On sap b1, I can't start the addon. Does anyone have experience and encounter this error? Please help me.
