Print and Deliver E-mail format different from Print format

Why would the e-mail delivery document length be different size than print delivery document even though they are same crystal doc.? Result is the bottom third is cut off the e-mail.

  This is normally because of the way printers have margins compared to how PDFs define margins (+ when PDFs are printed they also scale down).

  It is nothing B1UP/B1Print and Delivery control or interact with in any way so it is never 100% possible to get the same in a print/pdf and if you ran the Crystal through SAP logic you will end up with same result.

  OK thanks. Invoice was taken from a test environment and loaded/imported and reconfigured on the production server and now is OK. Because the test environment was not configured for the network printers used for day to day business could have had something to do with it.
