Boyum Tab Control Inoperable

Hello, we've been happily using Boyum in our company for some time to speed up development time and perform simple UI tasks, but recently we've come across a user request that we cannot fulfill because an aspect of Boyum does not appear to be working on our software installation. The rest of the Boyum installation appears to be working fine - except Tab Control.
We cannot get Tab Control to start up at all, we cannot get the setup window to activate/open so that we can change the tab order. We have disabled all other AddOns to ensure that they were not interfering and intercepting keystrokes/mouse clicks, but we still cannot get the Tab Control configuration to start up.
Could anyone please help?

Hi Westley,
Do you have "Use Tab Control" activated in the B1 Usability configuration under Administration -> Add-ons -> B1 Usability Package -> Configuration wizard ?
You can find the option in the second page. If this is activated, tab control should start up by holding ctrl+shift and double clicking for example customer code field on marketing documents.
If this doesn't help, there must be something wrong with the environment. If this is the case, i suggest that you send us an e-mail to support@boyum-it.com.

That was it. I wasn't aware that a configuration wizard even existed. It wasn't shown in the training video. Thank you.
