Assign Outlook Category when Activity is Created Answered
We are currently using 'CRM For Outlook' and i have a request:
Would it be possible for the CRM to automatically assign an Outlook Category when an Activity is created for an email ? The Category could be called 'Email logged to SAP' for example.
This way a Search Folder can be created with the criteria 'Category' 'Doesn't contain' 'Email Logged to SAP' and this would contain Emails that have not been assigned an Activity.
