B1 Print & Delivery using Citrix

We'd like to use B1 Print & Delivery using Citrix.

Our users ask us to let them create draft e-mail on their outlook.
I though B1 Print & Delivery matches their request.

Can we do this ? How ?

  best way to do this is to install Outlook client on both citrix environment and local machine. then have Outlook running minimized in Citrix so B1P&D can interact with it and then let Outlooks own sync methods send it to the local client. This is the setup Boyum use internally and works as intended
