Setting value of card type on BP master Answered
Hello. We would like to have the card type default to 'Lead' on a BP master when adding a new BP. We are using SAP 8.82 and B1UP 5.1.0.0 but we will be upgrading next week. When we go in to the BP master and put the form in to add mode, the card type starts as 'Customer', switches to 'Lead' and then switches back to 'Customer. The B1 validation is as follow: Formtype: 134; Menu Uid: 1282; FormMode: Add; Event: Data Add; BeforeAction: False; ActionSuccess: True; ItemChanged: Ignore; InnerEvent: Ignore; Bubble Event: Ignore; No condition, just execute
a macro which sets the value to 'L'. It seems the trigger is happening too soon. I made sure all other add-ons were turned off and that no other B1 validation is setting that value. Is SAP setting the value after the fact? Any insite would be appreciated. Thanks
