To be able to change the locations of the buttons on the screen by having up and down arrow buttons.

  This functionality was added to B1UP 2016.04 (March)

  Function buttons... So have

  Button 1
  Button 2
  Button 3

  Then highlight button 2 and press move up so the buttons go in new order

  Button 2
  Button 1
  Button 3
