PBI 3355 - Set 'break points' in macro debugger

The possibility to set break points in macro debbuger. So, it would be possible to run the macro all the way until a break point is reached. And then it is not needed to run the macro all the way using a "line by line" approach.

it would be very useful for debugging big macros.
