Implement more printer options for P&D

It would be very nice to have:

• possibility to not only choose the printer but also the printer paper drawer/tray to use
• assign different printer/drawer combinations to different PC's (the PC name is used to filter) so they can print to the printer closest to them (and also the right drawer)
• schedules should support assigning specific drawers/trays

And closely related: when more than 1 report is assigned to a window it should be possible to show a selection window to let the user choose the desired report to be printed when the print button is pressed.
