    This would be very nice out the box if possible.

    We have had to quite heavily build around the service call module and TimeTask to make it work nicely for us as a reseller but it does a brilliant job not that it's up and running for both support and consultancy.

    Essentially we have a series of macro's that trigger on updating of service calls and each time transferring information to the registrations sheet looking up the Support contract or Consultancy TimeTask against the BP.

    The reporting is great for us to look up real time used on service calls individually, across support weeks, months and annually.
