Error SAP message 1470000341 The item is not fully assigned to the location PRODUMEX SCAN

Hello! Please help me, it generates the following error message when performing any operation with locations.
"Error SAP message 1470000341 The item "xxxx "is not fully assigned to the location "xxxx""
Error when using Locations in Produmex SCAN, all other movements that do not use a warehouse with locations are created correctly. If I create the documents in SAP, they are also generated correctly.
I tried creating a new item, new warehouse, new locations, but it didn't work.
I left the location default in both the item and item group and it didn't work either.
Generating a simple income movement where only the quantity and location of a unit are related, the error also occurs.
