Universal Function - golden arrow in the SQL report results

I created an SQL Report and I would like the results to be clickable. How can I be sure there's a golden arrow in the report results?

  Ensure your report has the key field(s) for an object:

  i,e,: CardCode from OCRD; ItemCode from OITM
