Quarterly Comparison Report

Hi, has anybody got an existing report that would compare a sales quarter year to year?

Example, I'd like to have search parameters that would create a report comparison.

Q1 2023 vs Q1 2024 

A bit like the chart on the Sales widget that looks at 12-months, but if I wanted to compare only selected quarters against each other; rather than the whole year!
