SAP One Mailer

We are experiencing a problem with SAP One Mailer. MS Outlook requires us to acknowledge that the SAP system may communicate with Outlook. It has worked fine in the past.

We have already opened this case with BeOneSolutions’ help, but without any result.

Interestingly, this only occurs when we are sending emails from offers, invoices, and returns.

Can you help resolve this issue?
