APS Consider Interruption tools

When companies have tools, they are essential for production and therefore need to take in consideration their availability to plan production from APS.

If one of these tools is under maintenance and therefore interrupted and not available for production, currently, APS does not check tool interruptions and it cause manual planning of these orders must be done.
