Can not Select Document in Mass Delivery even when Report Configuration is configured. - Print & Delivery

Hi,

I have set up an internal report configuration as is set up in the training video.

When trying to select a document in mass delivery, nothing shows up.

Below is the documentation Boyum has on this issue, but as you can see, the report configuration is set up.

Does anyone have any recommendations on how to solve this issue?
