Control of Reply-To header within Print and Delivery Email Report Actions Answered
It would be amazing to be able to specify the Reply-To header in Report Actions, wideally with custom SQL.
This would enable you to send personalised emails from a generic SMTP mailbox (e.g. No-Reply) but allow the recipient to reply to the actual user that the email is being proxy sent from.
Use case is automated sending of sales confirmations etc, from the sales representatives that manage the customer accounts.
