Cascading Parameters in Crystal

Is it possible to present options for a parameter based on the first parameter?

Example, an Profit & Loss Report. Select the date, then present only the budget scenarios that relate to that date for selection?

We have a customer that uses multiple budgets and forecasts each year and have been around since 2004, so they have a VERY long list of budgets to scroll through each time they run the report
