Inspection Process and Reworks due to Inspection failure.
AnsweredIn many manufacturing process the manufactured produce requires inspection. If the fails, then the produce is to be reworked to correct the fault. Below is a process flow as to what the best practice should be.

Hi Earl,
This is definitely an issue that we have to face up to. In the first step, we had the idea of giving the auditor the opportunity to create another sample.
Instead of closing the inspection order after the first sample, the inspector can decide to generate another one and process it again after the rework.
What do you think?

Hi Nicole, I agree. We have a fantastic tool, but it is becoming more critical to have more robust Inspect process in place, especially when high value products are manufactured. I am really looking forward to the response from Boyum Development as to the possibility of delivery such a solution.
