External Operation: subcontracting as part of the production order

Dear all,

in case of external operation inside a workorder ( in the middle) with other privious or next internal  operations 

it could be great to implement something to automate inventory mouvements for new  "sub_assembly " .    You need to create "sub_OUT" and "sub_IN"  first

Add to this way you'll also have the track and trace of each step of the WO

even with batch or serial management for  sub_OUT and sub_IN if needed

the scenario could be something like that:

• final Item A_final
• B = component of A used in operation 10=INternal 
• C = component of A used nn operation 20=EXternal
• Op 10 internal drilling
• Op 20 extarnal painting
• Op 30 internal finishing

operation 10 consumes item B but create a "new"item    "sub_A_10_OUT" that is component B drilled

for next operation 20 you need to provide component C but also  "sub_A_10_OUT"

creation of a service PO as standard

than on external whs you'll have the consumption of component C and sub_A-10_OUT 

and a posting of new item  "sub_A-20_IN" as result of the external Process

at operation 30 you'll need to consume "sub_A-20_IN" to complete tha real item A_final
