    did you resolve your issue?

    After updating to the newest version available right now we are facing the same issue for all users on multiple terminal server.

  • Hello Matthias, I fixed the issue by changing the Windows regional settings. We noticed (at least in our case) that the affected computer was set to "Spain" as the region. We changed it to "Mexico," which matches our actual region, and that solved the problem.

    Hi Alessandro and Matthias,

    I've now uninstalled one software after another from the systems. And it's actually a software that's preventing the dashboards from rendering. I don't know if this helps you, but I wanted to tell you the software in case another customer encounters the problem. The software is called BarTender 2022 R4.



    After uninstallation, the dashboards and graphical content are displayed correctly again
