Beas - Configuration Wizard - Scrap settings

Can anyone explain to me what's de difference between this two settings in Production > Material Posting > Backflushing ?

• Consider cut-off quantity
• Scrap consider

I've done several tests in different scenarios and, while I get what the fist one means, I can't understand what's the second for.

Also, what's the actual impact of the 'Not at backflushing' option in both of them.
