Making Boyum start automatically

Good day, 

We have two active SAP accounts with Boyum licenses. The settings was set to start manually but we would like to change this for all users to start automatically as we want to set mandatory fields. But when I try to update the field, it does not update. Is there any way I can do this?

    1. Either your screen shot is missing the OK Cancel buttons at the bottom or the form did not load properly.
    2. Did you exit out of SAP after changing the Default Group to Mandatory and restart.
    3. Check the User Preferences tab to make sure they haven't been assigned individual preferences.
