Produmex Scan Performance

Hi All, 

I have followed recommendations for hardware and configuration but there is still quite a lag on the scanner application for produmex scan. Are there any tips/tricks or things we can do to enhance the performance of the scanner applications? It is slow in moving between screens, response after buttons are clicked etc. 

Posting data to sap is also not the quickest but returning data seems to be ok.
