The counter is not reset after finish maintenance order

Hi beas team,
1. Create an Internal maintenance for a tool "T-004"
2. Add a maintenance plan for "T-004"
3. Input "Planned Per finished items" to 500 on "Counter" tab
4. Input a time report of work order operation which active tool "T-004", the actual time is 550
5. Return to "Counter" tab of "T-004" maintenance plan, the "Actual Per finished items" to 550
Problem 1, the maintenance order didn't create automatically.
6. Create maintenance order by manually
7. Update the maintenance order to Close status
Problem 2, the "Actual Per finished items" is still 550. I suppose it should be reset to 0.

Can you please tell us which beas version you are on?
The maintenance order will only be created if you have scheduled an automatic task or if you click manually on the button "Run Automatic task" from the internal maintenance screen:
After the order is created the counter from the plan is reset.
