Restriction in Backflushing

Hi, How do we restrict the user proceeding further without selecting the right quantity during the backflushing for the child items ?

  Dear Martin, we have work order generated for 1000 quantity to be produced but we are doing it in two lots.  First lot we are producing 600 qty and 400 qty in the second lot.  

  so for the first lot 600 qty production i need to consume the material according to the qty required for all items in the BOM.

  now a user is selecting child item quantity in the back flushing lesser than required qty.  example child item X required 650 qty in the first lot production but the user is picking only 200 qty,  for another item 50% less,  for another child item no quantity at all.  so i would like to restrict the user not to select less quantity than the required quantity or some times not selecting anything at all and proceeding with backflushing.

  I think, i don't understand complete

  But follow idea:

  1. the program need the information about "required quantity". If you splitt this in 2 lots, beas need this information. Idea: Splitt the work order position

  

  2. in the configuration wizzward we've lot of rules, which you can check

  Dear  Martin, the following screenshot may give you more clear idea.

  in order complete the backflushing for item code PL1453 I need required quantity is 1501  but i have only selected 1200,  the system accepts this means the user can finish the production without consuming the required material.

  i would like to restrict this i.e. choosing less quantity than requirement in back flushing.
