Option on B1 Validation "Do not trigger when running Universal Function Macro"

Hi Boyum,

 

It would be helpful to have this option. For instance, I have a macro that creates 100 sales orders. When sales order are entered manually, B1 Validations pop-up some messages and warnings. If these pop-up during the macro that creates sales orders, the macro aborts.

  Ok, now I get it. This one is very tricky and will certainly not be on by default. but added to external todo for evaluation (not 100% sure if I like the idea or not)

  Are you asking for macro's to be able to auto-press the pop-ups generated by a macro. If so then this is already possible with the AutoPressNextPopup command

  Hi Rasmus,

  I am asking to avoid triggering a B1 validation when a macro is running. Another scenario:

   

  UF-001 uses @STORE1

   

  Occasionally UF-001 triggers a B1 Validation

   

  The B1 Validation runs UF-002 which also uses @STORE1

   

  UF-001 has unexpected results because @STORE1 changed.

   

  My request: Have a checkbox on B1 Validations: Do not trigger when Universal Function macro is running.

  This feature request has been evaluated and based on our current roadmap/number of votes we are sorry to say that this request is not planned for the product.
