make a column mandatory? Answered
I'm trying to use "Make a column mandatory" to verify that there's a value in BP Catalog column.
It works well, until there's BOM components. The higher level Item Number is in a Business Partners BP Catalog but the BOM components are not. Is there a way that the "Make a column mandatory" function can skip subcomponent?

Hello Dante,
In this case you need to use a B1 Validation System that includes a Universal Function type LineLoop. With this, you can add the condition to ignore the BOM components.
