Ask if you want to create a new or go to existing if validation with same event already exist Not planned

Hi,

i create a validation , example "get focus" for a field

Later i do the same. B1UP don't say to me "attention - validation es existing" and create a new validation.

Idea:

if this validation is exsting, then ask: open existing entry or create new entry?
