CRM for Outlook - problem connecting to server Answered

Hi

We are having issues with some of the CRM for Outlook not able to connect to the server but it doesn't happen to all users. 

Temporarily, we restarted CRM for Outlook service and that fixed but then after a couple of days it comes back again

CRM server version - 1.0.50

    Hi Jun,

    There is a more robust reconnect system in the new CRM 4 Outlook version. I recommend you update to the latest version in order to curb the issue. You can get it from download.boyum-it.com
