WO's Delivery date from MRP is the same as required date, which does not match schedule.

When one demand of item A is on 1st.June, the delivery date of generated WO is then on 1st.June. Even user sets the "average lead time=1" . 

Consider the scenario, a WO require A on 1st.June, the schedule start time is 2pm. The generated WO for A is targeted to 17Oclock on 1st.June, then missed the required time. 

If beas cannot use the scheduled start time of demand WO/SO, can at least use the "average lead time" as a buffer to assure a in time delivery.
