10803 - Preclose and Postclose event for beas_FTAPL

Ticket 36460.

For beas_fthaupt and ftpos, we got the "preclose" and "postclose" event.
Unfortunately for FTAPL records there is not an event to manage "Close" action.

  Hi Emmanuel,

  This function was planned and will be available in our version 9.2 PL 6 planned for December 2017.

  Preclose and postclose event will be included at the work order routing and bom.
