PBI 5709 - Add Exchange Rate Costa Rica Completed

Can you please add this web service to the list of options in the Exchange Rate module? With this we can use this module in Costa Rica.

They use the Purchase and sell rates, so they need 2 different options (but they will select only one in a database) rate 317 for purchase and rate 318.
