Kenyan Shillings (KES) exchange rate

Hi,

We have a customer who deals in Kenyan Shillings (KES) but when we activated the exchange rate set to RBA or Westpac or ECB there is an error saying "Could not set Currency Rates: Unexpected error during retrieval of exchange rate" http://pasteboard.co/AJZp7d52P.png
