Last year you added our idea of showing the number of attachments in brackets to the attachment tab of docs etc. A similar situation exists with Activities; you do not know if a document, Business Partner etc. has related activities unless you right click and check for Related Activities (requiring human intervention...). Would it be possible to add a similar prompt in a future version (maybe with the ability to show the number of open, closed or all related activities. It would allow any person reviewing a document etc. to be aware of any previous interaction, so they know to take a look.

There is not really a place to show this like there is on the Attachments tab, so we marked this as planned.
We suggest that instead you use Item Placement Tool - SQL Report tab. to list the activities. We know it still do not show an number of activities but we have added to the internal todo that SQL Report tab should have an option to display how many rows are on the tab.
