Highlights

Create an Inventory Transfer Request from MRP: Industries that have centralized purchasing to supply all their warehouses could use this new option to create new scenarios that cover this possibility. The new function allows the different warehouses to create Inventory Transfer requests instead of purchase orders to the centralized warehouse, by selecting the Replenishment Warehouse in the MRP. After indicating the selection, the Replenishment Warehouse can calculate an MRP scenario that focuses on the Transfer request from the rest of the warehouses to consolidate all the requests into purchase orders. WMS Integration: Synchronization of the reservation/lock System: Now Reservations created by each system are automatically reflected in the other system, avoiding the possibility of over-reservation. The systems validate the reservation status before the creation of any SAP documents and both systems ensure that reservation rules are not broken. Watch the the Video >>>

WMS Integration: New WebApps to issue Material based on SSCC: After selecting a Work order, the user can scan the SSCC barcode and the system will load all available materials of a Pallet and related to the Work order in the issue process. Watch the Video > > > 

Note: Despite this new app was created for WMS Customers, it can also be used by standard Beas Customers who wish to optimize their scanning process for the work order material issue function. This app improves the GS1 bar code reading, and when an Item, quantity and batch/serial is identified the information is loaded automatically in the app.  Watch the the Video >>>
