Windows Client Keyboard Shortcuts

The purpose of the Perfion keyboard shortcuts is to make it easy to navigate through Perfion without the use of the mouse.

Main Screen

Users and Groups – Current Active Languages

Multi-value Selector

TO DO THIS	PRESS
Select an item	ALT RIGHT or have focus in grid showing available items and hit SPACE.
Deselect an item	ALT LEFT or have focus in grid showing already selected items and hit SPACE
Move a selected item up	ALT UP. This is only possible, if feature is “Sortable”
Move a selected item down	ALT DOWN. This is only possible, if feature is “Sortable”
Move focused item up/down in both available items and selectable items	UP / DOWN-keys with the appropriate control focused.
Switch focus from “Available items” to “Selectable items”	TAB and SHIFT + TAB
Close Selector updating the value in focused cell in grid behind.	RETURN
Close Selector updating the value in all selected cells in grid behind.	CTRL + RETURN.
Close Selector not updating the value	ESCAPE

Multi-value Scene Selector

The Multi-value Scene Selector is the same as the Multi-value Selector, except that it allows the user to Categorize/Search for the available items using a so-called Scene, which is shown to the left.

Same Keyboard short-cuts work for this as for the Multi-value Selector with the following added/adjusted:

Close Selector updating the value in focused cell in grid behind.	RETURN, unless the “Scene Selector” has focus
Close Selector updating the value in all selected cells.	CTRL + RETURN
Switch focus from “Scene Selector” to “Available items” to “Selected items”	TAB switches to next control SHIFT + TAB switches to previous control Note, that if a Search-scene is shown TAB and SHIFT+TAB will switch between Filter Controls
Switch between available scenes (Tabs) in scene selector.	CTRL + TAB switches to next Tab/Scene CTRL + SHIFT + TAB switches to previous Tab/Scene Note: Scene selector must be focused in order for these to work
Collapse the Scene Selector, showing all available items.	CTRL + SHIFT + LEFT
Expand the Scene Selector	CTRL + SHIFT + RIGHT
Switch between Filter controls when a Search Scene is shown	TAB switches to next control SHIFT + TAB switches to previous control
Invoke a Search	Hit RETURN or ALT + S or focus the Search-button (using TAB or SHIFT TAB) and hit SPACE.
Invoke a Clear	Either click ALT + C OR focus the Clear-button (using TAB or SHIFT TAB) and hit SPACE
Close Selector not updating the value	ESCAPE

Single-value Scene Selector

This works as the Multi-value Scene selector except that it only allows you to select a single value.

Image Previewer

Open Image Previewer from the grid when the cell with image content is selected	CTRL + I
Move to next tab page	CTRL + TAB
Move to previous tab page	SHIFT + CTRL + TAB
Open Set image Point-of-Interest window	CTRL + I
Save the original image	CTRL + S
Zoom image in	CTRL + +
Zoom image out	CTRL + -
Fit image width	CTRL + W

Set Image Point-of-Interest
