Show/hide notifications window

When simulations become outdated or invalid, such as when you add or delete production orders, the VAPS will display a notification window to alert you

However, some of our customers prefer not to see this notification window. To accommodate this preference, we have added an option in the VAPS Setup dialog that allows you to enable or disable the notification window as needed.
