Correct. In the Add/Edit Help Text window. Being able to use SQL to make the help text dynamic based on the value of the field or other fields on the screen would be very helpful.

Correct. It is a little confusing when you right-click and say modify function buttons and it bring up a window and you don't know that there is another window. It would be much easier if it worked...
