That solved it. The user had Full Authorization set for the DI API Permission Check. Thanks for the help. We are running Version 2019.04.

Open Items List Widget - Permissions
Looking for direction on how to limit what users see within the Opens Items List Widget. Ex: I don't was certain users to see Open Invoices.
