How to update the prices in the purchase orders generated directly from a working order?
Hello.
I have set in the settings that beas take prices from a specific price list "Purchase Price List", but I guess I need to configure something else because when we create a purchase order directly from the work order, the price that is displayed is different from the actual price in the price list.
Some extra data to be more specific:
To configure beas to use the price list, I went to EXTRAS/SETUP WIZARD/PRODUCTION and then External Production and set PURCHASE ORDER PRICES, to point to a specific list price where we handle purchase prices.
In SAP B1, the business partners that provide these items have set in their PAYMENT TERMS, the price list to the same price list that I set in BEAS.
After all of that all the prices shown on the purchase order when it is created on the work order are wrong, it looks like Beas is saving the first price we put on the price list but since inflation is causing it to prices go up, we updated the prices in this list, and these new prices are not considered. If we create the purchase order directly in SAP B1, we get the correct prices, but since we need to have the relationship of the purchase order with the work order, we have to make the purchase orders in Beas and then update the prices in SAP B1.
I'm guessing I'm missing something in the config for this to work properly, any help would be appreciated.
Many thanks.
Sincerely.
Oscar
