Material consumtion without stock

Although it is possible to backflush materials without enough stock, when doing that in the WebAPP, two more windows appear after trying to create the time receipt. 

I would like to be able to create the time receipt and consume automatically the available stock (or not consume if there is not) without having to confirm that in two more windows.
