Integrate User Authorization Groups into B1UP Usergroups
RespondidaAn idea for a future enhancement would be an integration with SAP's user authorization groups instead of needing to define an additional group of users for Boyum validations. For example, I want to run a validation on the sales order for the 'Sales' authorization group (let's say it has 15 users in it). In order to do this by grouping users, I need to create a usergroup where I need to look up all of the users in the authorization group so I can add them to the new B1UP usergroup. It would also make it easier when employees join/leave the company because the user information would only need to be updated in one place. I can see it being a benefit to include the B1UP usergroup as well as the SAP authorization groups in the list of "selected users" by having an entry in the "type" column called authorization (or something similar).

Thank you for the suggestion. We only have our own Usergroups as back in the day we needed such SAPs own user-groups did not exist yet :-/ ... But that should not stop us from supporting both types of user groups... The only slight annoyance with SAP's user groups are that their primary keys are integers so not very easy to understand when referenced on a screen:
