Ignore canceled documents or inactive articles/BP when loading data.

It could be a function in the "Toolbox", where when activated when browsing BPs, items or documents, ignore the cancelled/inactive ones.
For documents, there could even be an option when going to the last document using the "arrow" on the toolbar to go to the last active or closed document, ignoring documents of the "Canceled" type.
