HOWTO - Set Address Id in business partner master data depending on BP type

Hi 

I'm having difficulty with a B1UP validation.  When adding a new business partner in SAP B1, the BP type is set to either Customers, Suppliers or Employees.

Depending on the BP type, I'd like to pre-populate the Address ID field on the Addresses tab to Invoice, Business or Home and place the focus on the first address field after Address ID.  I get an error that the form item is not editable when I try to set the field to this value.

I'd also like to change the address field labels depending on the BP's country. For example, for USA address Postcode would change to ZipCode and UK address would read Postcode.  Is this possible?
