B1 Print and Delivery: Incorrect Syntax error while emailing document
Hi Dears,
Whenever we email any document form SAP B1 server we face error message "Error performing action: [RA-D004 - Email Document Report] Could not send email: [Email Address] (Incorrect syntax near 'A'.)"
If we try to email same document from same user on a client PC it works fine only issue is on server, we try to use option save and view draft as well but error remains same, any suggestions what could be the issue?

I dont see any configuration on the server delivery method side ?
You're trying to send a email from the server, how do you perform this action ?
We are using outlook and after reinstalling outlook on server now emails are working form server as well but still system shows same error message.
Further is it mandatory to configure delivery method on server ?

I'm always using the smtp option. Why not use that?
