It would be beneficial for operators to see the batch attributes field - in case they need to assign additional information to these, or any UDFs which have been created.

Some of our clients have UDFs which need to be populated within the batch record and this is causing additional work if these need to be filled in post production and from within SAP Business One

  We have planned for next year that the batch number or serial number can be defined similar to Beas. The customer can then define the format of the number. We also want to integrate the possibility of entering a serial number via barcode for an receipt from production.

  agreed. Not just attributes but some control over the format of the batch number rather than being BC-prodOrderNum. Whether that be settings akin to document numbering in SAP B1 or some formula based setting like in BEAS.

  but a first step would be to enable other attributes as a second attribute could be the customers "Batch number" and the BC-123 would become an internal/sap/boyumcloud identifier.
