personell master data: using ressource 2-6 without filling ressource 1

In the personell master data of beas in earlier versions (for example 9.2) it was possible to use the ressource fields 2-6 without filling the first ressource.
This is very helpfull for the customer because he has many workers that are working on a group of ressource which begin with B. So he could enter B% in the second ressource filed without filling the first.

In the actual version you have to fill the first ressource field with a specific ressource from the list, if you want to use the fields 2-6. This is not useful.

So I please you to get back the functionality as it was in the former versions of beas.
