Make a mass Blank macro

As performance is much better on the multiset command it might be a good idea to also create a mass blank function.
The use case is that we try to keep the item description in the same logic as the rest.
Therefor we use the duplicate function from SAP on a daily basis.
The downside is that some item information is forgotten to clear and then item information is incorrectly sent to customers.

A MassBlank would unfortunately not be able to gain any performance over the regular blank commands. The MultiSet command gains its performance by only needing one SQL instead of multiple... But the SAP UI Part of SetCommands is the same performance multiset or no set.... And since Blank does not use SQL there is no performance gain to have :-(
