Scroll Bar being hidden on SQL Report

Hi Eevryone. We have just got new Laptops for our staff and have found that all of the B1UP SQL Reports have the scroll bars hidden? See example image.

You can see the small scrollbar hidden behind the larger one.

This only happens where there is enough data to require the vertical scroll. If \

any ideas? Its causing us quite a few problems.
